당사 싸이트에 게재된 단순 링크 정보 제공에 대하여 저작권 침해를 주장 하는 업체 또는 단체 들은 "무조건 지워주세요" 라는 듣보잡 같은 멘트를 날린다고 당사에서 해당 게시글을 지울 의사가 전혀 없습니다.
해당 단순 링크제공은 대법원 판례에 의해 위법이 아님이 이미 여러 차례 판결이 된 사안으로, 만약 해당 게시글로 인해 저작권 침해가 발생하여, 해당 게시글을 굳이 삭제 하시길 원하신다면, 합법적인 절차를 통해 진행 하실 수 있습니다.
아래 내용은 당사 법무팀의 자문으로 작성된 The Digital Millennium Copyright Act. 에 관련된 절차대로 진행 하게 됩니다.
